About the Job

The Legal Savvy is inviting applications for the position of Legal Trainee for a minimum 3-month in-office traineeship. The role offers practical exposure to legal research, drafting, dispute resolution, and client interaction, with a potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Eligibility

• Final-year BBA LLB (5-year) / LL.B. (3-year) students (Class of 2025).
• Knowledge of contract and banking laws.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Fluent in Telugu (mandatory) and English.
• Based in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
• Available for a minimum of 3 months (in-office).

Responsibilities

• Legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer laws.
• Drafting legal notices, settlement agreements, and client communications.
• Assisting in negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Case documentation and tracking financial legal updates.
• Client interaction under supervision.
• Supporting business development initiatives.
