About the Job

Deloitte is hiring for the position of Analyst – Contract Management – Risk and Brand Protection.

The successful candidate will provide risk management support to the Contract and Risk Managers in Deloitte Canada’s Technology and Transformation (T&T), OperateNext business throughout the contracting lifecycle ranging from deploying structured contract management processes for compliance of contractual commitments and deliverables and tracking of contractual obligations.

Eligibility

• LLB / MBA or equivalent qualification with 2-3 years of relevant post qualification experience; relevant certifications (e.g., WorldCC) are an advantage
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, redlining commercial contracts and preparing risk summaries
• Contract management experience in professional services agreements, complex information technology (IT) consulting, IT outsourcing, and IT professional services projects will be a vital asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment and work autonomously
• Advance level in Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, familiarity with contract management tools is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an advantage
• Excellent team player, self-motivated, result driven, with ability to tackle conflicting priorities
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to business needs as it evolves

Responsibilities

• Review, create, monitor contract summaries and track obligations to validate that these are met in line with terms and conditions including obligations and deliverables
• Review and manage trackers for work-in-progress contracts and work-at-risk items, capture action items and update status accordingly
• Assist with reviews related to Statement of Works (SOWs) and Change Requests (CR’s) as required
• Collaborate with the Stakeholders, Canadian Contract & Risk Managers on risk and contract management activities
• Participate in other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned
