About the Job
Navi Finserv Limited is looking for Legal Support Executives for a part-time engagement. The position is suitable for individuals with a working knowledge of legal procedures, including recent law graduates, advocates’ clerks, paralegals, or retired court staff seeking flexible, part-time engagement.
The Executive will accompany Navi’s on-ground personnel to borrowers’ addresses to physically serve legal notices. The principal responsibility will be to accurately and professionally explain the contents of the notice to the recipient and address any queries regarding the same.
Eligibility
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and the regional language of the city, both spoken and written.
- Working understanding of legal notice procedures.
- Familiarity with notices under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 will be considered an advantage.
- Professional conduct and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake fieldwork within city limits.
Responsibilities
- Accompany Navi’s on-ground personnel to borrowers’ addresses.
- Physically serve statutory legal notices to concerned borrowers.
- Explain the contents of legal notices accurately and professionally to recipients.
- Address queries raised by recipients regarding the notices.
- Serve in-house notices issued by Navi.
- Carry out assigned field visits and responsibilities.
Training
Comprehensive orientation will be provided covering notice content, service procedure, and expected communication standards.
Frequency of Engagement
3–4 days of field visits per month.

Volume
Approximately 25–30 notices to be served per month.
Remuneration
₹12,000–₹14,000 per month*, payable upon completion of assigned responsibilities.
Reimbursement
Travel and conveyance expenses incurred during fieldwork, including fuel and local transport, will be reimbursed as per company policy.
Nature of Engagement
This is an independent, part-time engagement and does not constitute an employer-employee relationship unless otherwise specified in a separate engagement letter or contract.
Location
Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, NCR, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Pune, Surat, and Visakhapatnam.
