Eligibility

LL.B. graduates from a recognised institution.
0–1 year of professional experience.
Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

Conducting legal research, drafting, and documentation.
Assisting with income-tax proceedings and appellate matters.
Working on commercial agreements, memoranda of understanding, and investment documents.
Assisting with corporate law, FEMA, FDI, RBI regulations, and FCRA matters.
Supporting due diligence and corporate transactions.
