Eligibility

• ⁠Bachelor’s degree or a Paralegal certification.
• 0–1 year of experience in legal research or paralegal work (freshers are welcome to apply!).
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research on a variety of topics under Indian and U.S. laws.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and memoranda.
• ⁠Prepare case summaries, organize evidence, and support court filings.
• ⁠Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments in both jurisdictions.
• Work closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive legal support.
