Position: Legal Officer in the software industry.
Eligibility
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Skills: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, and legal documents.
- Candidate must be Pune-based.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, and reviewing Agreements/ Sows/Amendments/AMCs for all group companies Drafting of Agreements related to Privacy laws as per the laws of various countries.
- Reviewing of Software License Agreements & other Technical agreements with third parties Reviewing & drafting of all legal documents, notices, etc.
- Drafting of legal SOP’s Compliance under statutory laws.
- Industry- IT & Software background/ Good legal consulting firms.
