Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B./B.L.) from a university recognised by the Bar Council of India.
Enrolment as an Advocate with a State Bar Council.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in legal practice, legal research, litigation, or related legal work.
Experience in criminal law, prosecution, investigation, or court-related matters.
Knowledge or experience in the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972, Indian Forest Act, 1927, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, and other relevant forest and environmental laws.
Experience in drafting legal opinions, notices, petitions, affidavits, replies, and other legal documents.
Experience in handling wildlife crime and forest offence cases.
Experience coordinating with investigating agencies and prosecution authorities.
Knowledge of judicial precedents and case-law research, particularly relating to wildlife and environmental offences.
