Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B./B.L.) from a university recognised by the Bar Council of India.
• Enrolment as an Advocate with a State Bar Council.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in legal practice, legal research, litigation, or related legal work.
• Experience in criminal law, prosecution, investigation, or court-related matters.
• Knowledge or experience in the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972, Indian Forest Act, 1927, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, and other relevant forest and environmental laws.
• Experience in drafting legal opinions, notices, petitions, affidavits, replies, and other legal documents.
• Experience in handling wildlife crime and forest offence cases.
• Experience coordinating with investigating agencies and prosecution authorities.
• Knowledge of judicial precedents and case-law research, particularly relating to wildlife and environmental offences.
