About the Job
Tavasya Legal is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate to join its team in Ayodhya. The role involves handling land and property matters, corporate documentation, client advisory, debtor recovery, legal proceedings, research, and coordination with courts, government authorities, and different practice groups.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree required.
- LL.M. or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
- 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong legal drafting, documentation, and research skills.
- Experience in court proceedings, client representation, and case management.
- Strong understanding of Real Estate Advisory and Corporate Transaction Advisory.
- Knowledge of Negotiable Instruments and Consumer Protection laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience dealing with clients across diverse industries will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle land and property-related legal matters.
- Conduct title verification and prepare or review legal documentation.
- Draft and review corporate agreements and contracts.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients.
- Handle debtor recovery and legal follow-ups.
- Represent clients and coordinate with courts and government authorities.
- Conduct legal research and assist with case management.
- Coordinate with different practice groups for efficient and timely delivery of legal services.
