About the Job

NHAI is inviting applications for four Manager (Legal) positions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Law and relevant post-qualification experience in contractual matters, arbitration, legislative matters, or land acquisition.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised University or Institute.
• Three years of post-qualification experience in the field of law related to:
  • Contractual matters.
  • Arbitration.
  • Legislative matters.
  • Land acquisition.

Deputation Eligibility

Candidates should be officers from Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Universities, recognised Research Institutions, Public Sector Undertakings, Semi-Government, Statutory or Autonomous organisations, or other Government Bodies who meet any of the following conditions:

• Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre in Level 11 of the Pay Matrix (₹67,700–₹2,08,700) or equivalent; or
• Five years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment on a regular basis in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix (₹56,100–₹1,77,500) or equivalent; or
• Eight years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment on a regular basis in Level 8 of the Pay Matrix (₹47,600–₹1,51,100) or equivalent.
