Persistent Systems is looking for one candidate having 3-6 years of experience in M&A legal and Contracting (atleast 2 years in contracting and 1-2 years in M&A).

- Experience or basic knowledge in legal due diligence;
- This is a legal role (LLB compulsory).
- This role demands flexible working hours depending on the deal.
