About the Job

Persistent Systems is expanding its legal team and is hiring a legal professional with experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and commercial contracting. The role offers an opportunity to work on high-impact transactions in a fast-paced work environment.

Eligibility

  • Candidates with 3–6 years of experience are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial contracting.
  • Candidates should also have 1–2 years of experience in M&A.
  • An LL.B. degree is mandatory.
  • Candidates based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate to Bengaluru may apply.

Responsibilities

  • Handling matters relating to M&A and commercial contracting
  • Assisting with legal due diligence
