About the Job

GnS Legal LLP is hiring an Intellectual Property (IP) Associate for its New Delhi office. The role will involve work related to trademarks, copyrights, IP advisory, brand protection, legal research, and drafting.

Eligibility

• Fresh law graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) are eligible to apply.
• Candidates with more than 1 year PQE are not eligible for this position.

Responsibilities

• Handling work related to trademarks and copyrights
• Assisting in IP advisory and brand protection matters
• Conducting legal research and drafting

Skills Required

• Good drafting and research skills
• Prior internship experience in IP laws will be preferred
• Ability to work in a professional and fast-paced environment
