About the Job
IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring for the position of Legal Executive in Bangalore, offering exposure to banking and recovery-related legal matters.
Eligibility
- Fresher /less than 1 year
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Must be a Kannada speaker.(Mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Handle cases under Section 138 NI Act
- Manage arbitration, DRT matters, and EP filings
- Work on loss on sale and related legal processes
