Energo Group is hiring an in-house counsel with significant litigation experience to independently handle civil and criminal litigation matters, regulatory proceedings, and strategic legal functions.

The role is litigation-focused and requires direct ownership of legal strategy, drafting, and briefing senior advocates in high-stakes matters.

In-House Counsel

Eligibility

Candidates applying for the role should have:

• Approximately 10 years of experience
• Strong experience in:
  • Civil litigation
  • Criminal litigation
  • Regulatory proceedings
  • Investigation-related matters
• Experience handling matters before:
  • National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
  • Regulatory and investigative authorities

Responsibilities

• Independently handling litigation strategy and legal proceedings
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and related legal documents
• Briefing senior advocates in complex and high-stakes matters
• Managing civil and criminal litigation matters
• Handling NCLT proceedings, investigations, and regulatory disputes
• Reducing reliance on external counsel through direct ownership of legal matters
