About the Job

The Assistant Manager – Corporate Legal will be a part of the global Compliance Function within the Legal Department. The role involves working on compliance-related matters and initiatives, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organisation’s corporate compliance programme.

The selected candidate will assist in handling compliance operations related to ethics, anti-corruption, sanctions, data privacy, and governance risk compliance.

Eligibility

Candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience may apply for the position.

2–5 years Experience Required

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and periodic review of company policies and procedures related to ethics, anti-corruption, sanctions, and data privacy
  • Support the design, maintenance, and enhancement of compliance training programmes
  • Train employees and third parties on company policies, laws, and regulations
  • Provide advice to internal stakeholders on AI and privacy law-related matters, including review of data processing agreements
  • Conduct anti-corruption due diligence for third-party intermediaries
  • Review and advise on transactions from a sanctions law perspective, including licence requirements
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments across key business and operational areas
  • Perform other compliance-related duties as assigned from time to time
