Eligibility
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate & commercial transactions
- Hands-on with drafting & negotiating contracts
- Exposure to investment transactions (PE/VC/Startup deals a plus)
- Real estate transactional background will make you stand out
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with the firm
