About the Job

White Olive Law Partners LLP is seeking a Junior Associate to join its litigation team in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
• Enrolment with a State Bar Council, preferably the Bar Council of Delhi.
• 0–2 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
• Fresh graduates with strong litigation internship credentials may also apply.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in drafting precise legal documents.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Sound understanding of procedural laws, including CPC, CrPC/BNSS and Evidence Act/BSA.

Responsibilities

• Assisting senior counsel across various courts, tribunals and forums.
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, plaints, written statements, applications and legal notices.
• Conducting comprehensive legal research on civil, commercial and constitutional law matters.
• Assisting in briefing senior advocates.
• Managing case files.
• Coordinating client communications.
