JSA is hiring an Associate for its General Corporate practice at the Bengaluru office. The role involves working on corporate advisory, commercial contracts, and transactional matters, with exposure to technology-related work.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience with Tier-1 law firm(s)
- Experience in general corporate advisory
- Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Exposure to corporate and regulatory matters
- Experience in transactional work
- Exposure to technology-related matters (tech contracts, regulatory frameworks) is preferred
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients
