About the Job
Applications are invited for the position of Legal Associate (Litigation). The role offers exposure to civil, criminal, and service law matters, including appearances before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Delhi High Court, District Courts, and other statutory tribunals.
Eligibility
- 0–1 year of post-qualification experience
- Candidates must be based in/residing in Delhi
- Fresh law graduates with a strong inclination toward litigation may apply
- Prior court exposure and drafting experience
- Strong research and drafting ability
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Responsibilities
- Legal research and case analysis
- Drafting pleadings (complaints, suits, writs, applications, replies, etc.)
- Assisting and appearing before courts/tribunals
- Case briefing, file management, and procedural compliance
