About the Job

AU Small Finance Bank is on the lookout for a young, dynamic Advocate to join their Legal Recovery Team at AU Small Finance Bank!

If you have a strong understanding of the SARFAESI Act, experience with recovery suits, handling possession activities, and initiating legal actions against borrowers—this could be your next big move!

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3 or 5-year in-person program)
  • 2+ years of experience in SARFAESI (must be from a bank/NBFC)
  • Strong communication, drafting, research & negotiation skills
  • Experience in filing FIRs, handling police complaints & litigation
  • Fluent in English and confident in legal documentation and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Drafting & reviewing petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and more
  • Preparing legal documents (Notices of Opposition, Evidence under Rules 45–47, Cease & Desist notices, etc.)
  • Working independently with minimal supervision
  • Representing clients in legal forums
