About the Job

MSK & Partners is looking for an Associate to join its General Corporate team at its Mumbai office. The role is suited to professionals with strong expertise in corporate advisory, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

2–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
Solid experience in drafting, negotiating, and vetting complex commercial contracts, agreements, and transaction documents.
In-depth understanding of corporate governance, the Companies Act, FEMA regulations, and statutory compliance frameworks.
Proven ability to conduct legal due diligence.
Ability to advise clients on routine as well as strategic corporate matters.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and drafting skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

Handle corporate advisory matters.
Draft, negotiate, and vet commercial contracts, agreements, and transaction documents.
Conduct legal due diligence.
Advise clients on routine and strategic corporate matters.
Work on commercial transactions, M&A, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance.
