About the Job

Burgrill India is looking for a Legal Executive/ Legal Consultant to join our team and support across contracts, compliance, franchising, and litigation-related matters.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with relevant corporate/legal experience
• Strong drafting, research & communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters independently
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach

Responsibilities

• Drafting, vetting & execution of contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents
• Providing legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
• Preparing legal documentation for new franchise onboarding
• Liaising with internal teams, external professionals, and legal counsel
• Legal research and staying updated with laws, regulations, and case precedents
• Managing legal and regulatory compliance
• Advising on risk management and mitigation strategies
• Supporting dispute resolution and litigation matters
• Handling backend legal operations and inter-departmental follow-ups
• Case correspondence and court appearances, as required
