About the Job
Ahlawat & Associates is looking to onboard fresh law graduates and final year law students as Trainees to support the TMT and IP practice. This role is ideal for candidates keen to gain practical exposure in legal matters relating to technology alongside IP work.
Eligibility
- Freshers or final year law students with an interest in technology law, data protection, crypto laws and intellectual property
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- A detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Technology law, digital business models and platform regulations
- Data protection and privacy compliances
- Regulation of AI based businesses
- Software licensing and tech-focused agreements
- Supporting work relating to trademarks, copyrights, and other IP matters, including prosecution and advisory
