Skootr Offices is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join the team. If you have a strong understanding of legal processes and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit for you.
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of corporate laws, contracts, and compliance
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Handling notices, legal correspondence, and case documentation
- Assisting in litigation management and coordination with external counsels
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Supporting senior management on legal and regulatory matters
- Maintaining legal records and MIS
