The Law Point is hiring an Associate to join its Mumbai office. The selected candidate will work on regulatory disputes, securities litigation, corporate litigation, and advisory assignments.

The role offers exposure to matters before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and the Bombay High Court.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Prior experience in:
- Securities Litigation
- Corporate Litigation
- Strong litigation, drafting, and research skills.
Preferred Qualification
Additional Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle regulatory disputes and litigation matters.
- Assist in proceedings before SAT, NCLT, and the Bombay High Court.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Draft pleadings, applications, opinions, and advisory documents.
- Support securities and corporate advisory assignments.
