The Office of Sakshi Kakkar is looking to hire Advocates with prior litigation experience. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to work on matters before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, gaining exposure to high-stakes litigation and court practice.

Eligibility
- 2–3 years of litigation experience.
- Prior exposure to litigation before the Supreme Court of India and/or Delhi High Court is desirable.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and court-handling skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in litigation matters before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and other legal documents.
- Assist in case preparation and court proceedings.
- Coordinate on litigation strategy and case management.
