SRM Legal is hiring a Litigation Associate for its Chennai office. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling litigation matters, conducting legal research, appearing before judicial forums, and assisting in litigation strategy and case management.

Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council is mandatory.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle legal matters and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, applications, notices, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
- Appear before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Manage litigation matters and maintain case records.
- Coordinate with clients, counsels, and court officials.
- Assist in litigation strategy and overall case management.
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Location
Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Additional Information
The selected candidate will be required to execute an Employment Bond for a minimum period of 1.5 years.
