Rashmi Group is hiring a Legal Associate for its Legal team, offering exposure to both Merger & Acquisition (M&A) and criminal matters.
Eligibility
- Qualification: B.A. LL.B or B.Com LL.B
- Experience: 4-5 Years
Responsibilities
- Manage all criminal matters and appear before Courts to
- Oversee M&A matters, including contract vetting and due diligence.
- Ensure thorough documentation and legal compliance for
- corporate transactions
