Eligibility
- Direct Recruitment
- Must hold a degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate
- Must have minimum 3 years of practice as an Advocate as on January 1, 2026
- Recruitment by Transfer
- Must hold a Law degree recognized by the Bar Council of India
- Must have minimum 3 years of practice as an Advocate prior to appointment in feeder categories
- Must be an approved probationer in the eligible feeder posts
