About the Job

MNG Law Office is looking to retain a young Counsel on a long-term basis for its Bengaluru Desk. 

Eligibility

• PQE: 0-1 years.
• Young graduates who are yet to enroll at the Karnataka State Bar can also apply.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and filing of plaints, Applications, Execution Petitons, Written Statements etc.
•  Appearing before the Civil Court, Commercial Court, High Court, District and State Consumer Commissions, DRT, RERA, and the Magistrates’ Court
•  Accompany litigants to Police Stations for registration of FIRs
•  Making representations before the Executive Magistrates for the execution of RERA Orders
