About the Job
IndiaLaw LLP is seeking an Associate to independently manage criminal litigation matters, primarily before the Patiala House Courts and other Delhi Courts.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognised university.
- Enrolment with the Delhi Bar Council.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in criminal litigation.
- Strong experience in Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act) matters.
- Knowledge of the CrPC/BNSS and IPC/BNS.
- Strong trial advocacy skills.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage criminal litigation matters.
- Handle cases primarily before the Patiala House Courts.
- Conduct matters relating to Section 138 NI Act.
- Undertake trial advocacy and related litigation work.

Delhi – Patiala House Courts / Delhi Courts.
