Eligibility

LL.B. degree.
2–4 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
Strong legal drafting and research skills.
Proactive approach and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents related to fundraises and investments.
Draft and review commercial agreements.
Conduct legal research and due diligence.
Support corporate and commercial advisory mandates.
