About the Job

Hammurabi & Solomon Partners is hiring an Associate – Disputes for its Dispute Resolution team in New Delhi. The role offers exposure to high-value commercial disputes, domestic and international arbitrations, and complex construction and infrastructure matters involving private entities and PSUs.

Eligibility

1–2 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation or arbitration.
LL.B. qualification.
Enrolment with the Bar Council.
Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
Exposure to arbitration and construction/infrastructure disputes is preferred.
Ability to take ownership of work and operate in a fast-paced disputes practice.
Candidates available for immediate joining.

Responsibilities

Handle and assist with arbitration and commercial litigation matters.
Draft pleadings, submissions, applications, claims, defences, and correspondence.
Appear before the Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, and other forums.
Work on EPC, FIDIC, BOT, concession, and public procurement disputes.
Conduct legal research and assist with opinions and advisory work.
Support evidence management, witness preparation, hearings, and case strategy.
Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, and tribunals.
