About the Job

The organisation is seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its team in Mumbai. The role requires candidates with strong legal research and drafting skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to independently manage assignments across multiple forums.

Eligibility

Candidates applying for the role should meet the following criteria:

• 2–3 years of PQE in litigation
• Good knowledge of various courts in Mumbai
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in reading and speaking Marathi is preferable

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare drafts, opinions, pleadings, and agreements
• Appear before judicial and quasi-judicial forums
• Handle diverse legal assignments efficiently and with attention to detail
• Assist in strategy formulation and provide practical legal solutions
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and internal teams on ongoing matters
