About the Job

Fair & Just Legal Solutions LLP, a corporate law firm based out of Noida, requires 1 (One) Legal Associate specializing in Contract drafting.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputed university (C.S. qualification will be an added advantage);
• A candidate must have 2 (2) – 3 (Three) years of working experience in a reputed law firm and must have good communication and negotiation skills; and
• A candidate must have experience in handling drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of various contracts.
• Only candidates working in the law firms shall be considered for the aforesaid vacancy.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and review of various contracts/agreements pertaining to non-disclosure agreement(s), supply agreement(s), procurement agreement(s), foreign collaboration(s), joint venture(s), private equity document(s), partnership agreement(s), assignment agreement(s), various other agreement(s) including agreement(s) for pharma business;
• Drafting and review of project finance document(s) / loan document(s) such as loan agreement, mortgage deed, hypothecation deed, trust and retention account/escrow agreement(s), etc.; and
• Other general corporate advisory work.
