About the Job
Fair & Just Legal Solutions LLP is hiring a Legal Associate for its corporate law practice. The position involves handling corporate, banking, and finance matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed university.
- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- CS qualification will be an added advantage.
- Working experience in a reputed law firm.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling corporate, banking, and finance matters.
- Good knowledge of corporate and banking laws.
Candidates currently working in a corporate law firm or a law firm dealing with corporate, banking, and finance matters are eligible to apply.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, escrow agreements, project finance documents, and loan documents, including loan agreements, mortgage deeds, hypothecation deeds, and trust and retention account/escrow agreements.
- Prepare legal opinions on the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, SARFAESI, IBC, and other banking and commercial laws.
- Review contracts and agreements, including sale deeds, lease deeds, leave and licence agreements, and assignment agreements.
- Assist in the legal due diligence of companies.

Noida.
