About the Job
Dentons Link Legal is hiring for the roles of A3, Senior Associate (SA), and Principal Associate (PA)/Counsel. Selected candidates will work with an adequately staffed team and will primarily handle matters related to infrastructure, including concessions, infrastructure M&A, and debt investments. Exposure to defence and aerospace sector work will also be provided, with internal training for candidates who possess the required foundational knowledge in infrastructure M&A and investments.
Eligibility
Applicants should have experience in any one or a combination of the following practice areas:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Private Credit
- Asset Finance
Candidates should also have an understanding of:
- Infrastructure concessions
- Infrastructure M&A
- Debt investments
Additional Information
- Candidates will work with an adequately staffed team.
- Internal training will be provided for defence and aerospace sector matters, provided candidates have the required basic knowledge of infrastructure M&A or investments.
