About the Job
Utilities One Group is hiring a Legal Documents Specialist to prepare, review, revise, and coordinate legal and corporate documents for the company and its affiliated entities. The role involves working on internal agreements, corporate governance documents, legal correspondence, and client contracts while coordinating with business teams, legal counsel, and authorized signers.

Responsibilities
- Draft and revise internal agreements, including intercompany, management, confidentiality, and other business agreements.
- Work alongside the Contract Manager on client contracts, amendments, statements of work, and related documents.
- Prepare demand letters, notices, powers of attorney, resolutions, consents, and other corporate governance documents.
- Prepare and finalize routine documents using approved templates and established company procedures.
- Route documents for legal review when the terms or circumstances require it.
- Review documents for consistency, completeness, correct entity names, dates, defined terms, and signature requirements.
- Gather information and supporting records from internal teams to prepare accurate documents.
- Track revisions, maintain document versions, and coordinate approvals, signatures, and final copies.
- Maintain organized templates and executed legal documents for the company and its affiliated entities.
- Flag unclear terms, unusual requests, or matters requiring a legal decision.
Eligibility
- Law degree or paralegal qualification is required.
- Experience drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents for US companies.
- Familiarity with US contract and corporate documentation practices.
- Familiarity with corporate documents and contract terminology.
- Ability to manage multiple documents, deadlines, and reviewers with close attention to detail.
- Sound judgment when handling confidential information and determining when to escalate an issue.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM (IST).
The position is daily on-site.
