About the Job
ALT India Legal is looking to add an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed Associate to its Litigation Team in Delhi NCR. The position offers substantial hands-on exposure to courts and tribunals in Delhi NCR, along with occasional outstation work.
The firm is looking for candidates who are serious about litigation, willing to work hard, eager to learn and interested in building a long-term association with the organisation. The role is intended for individuals who wish to grow with the team and take on increasing responsibility over time.
Eligibility
Candidates should have 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research and contributing to case strategy.
- Drafting pleadings in suits, arbitrations, writ petitions and SLPs.
- Undertaking pre-litigation drafting, including legal notices, replies and correspondence.
- Assisting with matters across different stages of litigation and dispute resolution.
Stipend/Salary
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s experience and suitability for the role.
Additional Information
The role involves a three-month probation period.
Mode
Full-time, onsite.
The position requires working six days a week.

Delhi NCR.
