Jharkhand High Court is the High Court for the Indian state of Jharkhand. It was established on 15 November 2000, following the bifurcation of the state of Bihar and succeeded the jurisdiction previously exercised by the Patna High Court over the region.

About the Job
The High Court of Jharkhand is offering 25 positions for Law Researchers/Research Associates. The engagement is contractual and carries a monthly remuneration of Rs. 40,000/-.
Eligibility
- Fresh Law Graduates/Postgraduates from a University/College recognised by the Bar Council of India.
- Students studying in the 5th year of a 5-year Law course or the final year of a 3-year Law course may also apply, subject to passing the final-year LL.B. examination before engagement.
- Candidates familiar with computers will be preferred.
- Practicing lawyers must have their candidature recommended by a designated Senior Advocate.
- Candidates who are not practicing lawyers must have their candidature recommended by the Head of the last Law School/College/University attended.
- Candidates must have passed all examinations in the first attempt with at least 60% aggregate marks.
- Candidates pursuing a postgraduate degree in Law or any other degree/programme requiring compulsory attendance are not eligible.
