Eligibility
- Fresh law graduates.
- Candidates must be AIBE qualified and/or enrolled with a State Bar Council.
- Basic understanding of Constitutional Law and procedural laws.
- Strong drafting and verbal communication skills in English.
- Dedication, willingness to work hard, and genuine interest in learning taxation laws and court litigation strategy.
Responsibilities and Exposure
- Exposure to tax litigation and writ drafting.
- Assistance in brief preparation and courtroom proceedings.
- Hands-on legal research in high-stakes commercial and constitutional matters.
Stipend/Salary
- Starting base stipend/salary: ₹8,000 per month.
- Final remuneration details will be discussed during the interview with shortlisted candidates.
