About the Job

The firm is hiring a Junior Associate to join its litigation team. The role involves handling matters before the Delhi District Courts and the Delhi High Court across diverse areas of litigation.

Eligibility

Applicants should have:

• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong drafting and court appearance skills
• Prior litigation experience (preferred)
• A confident, hardworking, and sincere approach towards work
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be involved in litigation matters relating to:

• Civil Law
• Criminal Law
• Commercial Litigation
• Constitutional Matters
• Matrimonial Disputes
• NI Act Matters
• Arbitration

The role also includes appearances before courts such as Tis Hazari, Dwarka, other Delhi District Courts, and the Delhi High Court.

Physical/In-office.

Salary

Remuneration will be provided as per industry standards.
