The Legislative Department under the Ministry of Law and justice is concerned with the drafting of principal legislation for the Central Government. India Code which consists of laws enacted from the previous century and which are in force in the territory of India are available on the net.

About the Opportunity

The Legislative Department under the Ministry of Law and Justice is inviting applications from law graduates for the job role of Legal Research Associates, to fill up 10 vacancies.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognised University or National Law University with not less than 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, in aggregate of all semesters/years up to final examination.
• Age: Not more than 26 years as on 01.01.2022
• Preference: Preference shall be given to those candidates who have experience in Legislative Drafting.
