Roles and responsibilities
1. Financial, Legal, Taxation Due Diligence of start up companies from varied industries ranging from Hospitality, Tech, Healthcare, Financial Services, Media, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
2. Leading Due diligence Calls before the Investors
3. Ensuring adherence to all compliance and regulatory rules under the Due diligence Assignments
4. Portfolio management of the PE/VC and HNI funds
5. Financial Modelling and preparation of Valuation Models
6. Valuation Advisory
7. Agreement revenue including Shareholders agreement, share subscription agreement, term sheet and other key documents.
Eligibility
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or bachelor’s in law or a Company Secretary from a recognized university and a minimum of two years relevant work experience are required .
- An advance degree in finance or business and/or designation such as Chartered Financial Analyst, Accredited Senior Appraiser .
- A keen eye for detail, superior financial skills, strong people skills, the ability to work at one’s own initiative, the willingness to travel at relatively short notice, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
