About the opportunity

AZB & Partners are expanding our market-leading Restructuring & Insolvency and Structured Finance practice in Mumbai, looking for bright, young talent, especially lawyers with 2 – 6 years of experience.

Roles and responsibilities

Our team works on pre-IBC restructurings, distressed/structured finance, IBC cases (representing a variety of stakeholders) and engages in extensive policy forums in relation to the distressed, restructuring and IBC practice areas – including those set up by the MCA, RBI, IBBI and others. Our clients include domestic and international heavy-weights and market leaders in this space.
