About the opportunity

Apraava Energy is looking to recruit a lawyer with PQE 3 + in the legal team of Apraava Energy

Roles and responsibilities

The role will work in the M&A Lateral and hence should have experience in general corporate practice, drafting and negotiating Term Sheets, Share Purchase Agreement, Escrow Agreements, Shareholders Agreement and Charter Documents; preparing and reviewing Due Diligence Report;, General Contract Reviews; experience in Document and Transaction Management, including managing the requisition process; and have an understanding FDI related regulations.
