About the Job

Obhan & Associates is inviting applications for the position of paralegal with the trademark department.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will assist attorneys in the clearance and prosecution of Indian and foreign trademark applications.
• Will be responsible for handling all aspects of trademark applications, including filings with the Indian Trademarks Office; performing preliminary trademark searches, drafting legal correspondences, etc.
• Updating and maintaining daily dockets for clients and following up on trademark application filings, prosecution, etc. with clients.
• Updating software databases, formulating and sending emails with clients/attorneys.
• Managing efficient and on-time project delivery with a high standard of quality client management.
• Should be able to independently maintain trackers of all projects, as allocated and instructed by the supervisor(s).
