About the opportunity
litigation lawyer for Balaji Telefilms
Responsibilities
1. Manage and oversee litigation activities for all divisions of the organization pertaining to union and non union matters
2. Monitor and review drafting of property contracts
3. Coordinate with external parties such as lawyers/counsels, regulatory authorities for litigation related matters
4. Participate in arbitration cases for the organization
5. Participate in negotiation cases for the organization
6. Participate in legal policy definition process along with the CLO and the legal team
7. Conduct Due-Diligence for new properties
8. Finalize agreements for litigation matters
9. Create awareness in the organization to lower the number of litigation matters.
