About the Vaish Associates Advocates
Set up in 1971, Vaish Associates Advocates is a full-service law firm advising domestic and international clients for over four decades and providing a broad range of legal, taxation, regulatory and advisory services to the commercial, industrial and financial communities. We are established in three major cities of India. Our head office is in New Delhi. Other offices are in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Vaish Associates also has affiliates in various metropolitan cities and quasi-metro locations across India. We are an experienced team of 11 Partners and over 100 Associates.
About the opportunity
Our Mumbai office is on the lookout for Lawyers with 1/2 years PQE in Corporate/M&A matters with a reputed law firm. The incumbents would be expected to be team players from a good law school having a good academic record with good drafting and oral communication skills.
Eligibility
Candidates should have relevant experience in legal due diligence, report preparation, drafting/ vetting of definitive agreements, transaction closing, corporate advisory, FEMA advisory, corporate compliance, etc. Candidates with Company Secretary qualifications will be given preference.
Renumeration
The candidates selected can expect a varied and challenging work experience and will be offered a remuneration commensurate with their experience and skillsets.
