About the opportunity
Saffron Advisor require qualified CA/CS/LLB/MBA for our Mumbai Merchant Banking Division.

Requirement
The candidate should have 2-3 years experience in the areas of drafting of DRHP, Prospectus, SEBI Laws Compliance, Take Over Regulations, listed company corporate actions and prior experience in the Merchant Banking is must.
