About the opportunity
LAW CHAMBERS OF G NATARAJ, led by Mr. NATARAJ GURUSWAMY, being one of the leading chambers practicing in the domain of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) litigation, more specifically Patent litigation, is looking to expand its team and engage 3-5 advocates on retainer basis.
Practice area: IPR (Patents, Trademark, Designs)
Fora: Supreme Court and other High Courts (mainly before Delhi High Court, but also Himachal Pradesh High Court, Bombay High Court, Telangana High Court, Karnataka High Court etc.)

Noida
Eligibility
a) Should be eligible to practice before the Delhi High Court.
b) 0-3 yrs of experience in litigation. Prior experience / exposure to IPR litigation / prosecution / drafting is preferable but not mandatory.
c) For the patents team, an undergraduate degree in science / engineering is preferable but not mandatory.
