Eligibility

1. Should have bar council registration and should have cleared the Bar Exam
2. minimum of 2 years experience in civil matters in subordinate courts in Kolkata (internships will not be given any credit in calculation of experience)
3. Should be proficient in reading and writing in Bengali.
