About the Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors

We are looking for an Associate to join our Insolvency and Restructuring Practice Group.

Roles and responsibilities

The role requires experience in advising on insolvency and restructuring matters, drafting and filing of applications in NCLT, handing of matters and appearance in IBC matters and, sound knowledge/exposure in IBC and laws relating to creditors rights.

Location

The position is based in New Delhi, India.

Eligibility

You must have:
· LLB (3 years or 5 years);
· Minimum of 2 years of work experience at a top tier law firm;
· Excellent drafting and matter handling skills;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Strong work ethic; and
· The ability to work as part of a team of driven individuals.
